Hi, I’m Nika — the heart behind NK Wellness.
My journey into wellness began during a deeply personal season of burnout. I had just become a mother, was finishing university, and working in a fast-paced corporate world. I was constantly doing, achieving, and pushing — until my body and mind could no longer keep up.
That’s when I turned to yoga, mindfulness, and eventually Pilates — not as another thing to “master,” but as a way to come home to myself. These practices gave me space to slow down, to breathe, and to feel again. They helped me reconnect with my body in a way that felt gentle, honest, and healing.
From that space, NKWellness was born — a calm, nurturing place where others can find what I found: a deeper mind-body connection, a path to balance, and a reminder that you are allowed to rest and heal.
Today, I guide others through mindful movement with heart and presence, offering classes in Yoga, Mindfulness, and Pilates designed to support your full self — not just your physical body, but your emotional and mental wellbeing too.
